Happy 3 week Birthday!

Here is Jr on his 3 week birthday. These are some on my favorite pictures. We were just hanging out on my bed and he seemed to enjoy the camera that day.

Still not sure on the eye color

Bath Time!!

We were unsure how Jr was going to respond to his first bath. . . he is not a big fan of being naked, even just when he has to get his diaper changed. But to our surprise, once we used the shower handle he was at peace. He loved the constant flow of warm water on his body and even on his head! And then we lotioned and he was def ready for bed. He slept the first time that night for 4 hours straight!!

Happy Birthday to Grandma

Both of Jr's Grandmas turned the big 60 this year. Grandma Sue on Nov 2 and Grandma Linda on Nov 5th!! We hope they both enjoyed their very speical day.

"Uncle" Gabe (sorry I just think you should remain Uncle Gabe, it just fits) came over with Cassie and brought Grandma a birthday cake to celebrate.

Below is proud Grandma hanging out with Jr on her birthday. It also happened to be his first Browns game, although they earned a L on that day. They let us down, considering he even wore his browns onsie for the day.

Happy 2 week Birthday!

Here I am on my 2 week birthday. I had my well baby visit that day and I checked out great. I weighed in at 5lbs 13ozs and 18 3/4 inches long!
This is one of moms fav outfits. . . Again thanks to Aunt Laura and Grandma who bought Jr his first hoody. And I must say Jr looks very good in BLUE

My future buddies!!

Some of Jr's friends came to visit when we were home and settled! They all brought dinner in some way which is something I did not believe how much I would appreciate. Thanks again Shell, Megan, Michele, Jay, Jeff, and Colleen!!

My niece, Anna was also very interested in the baby, she is going to be a great big cousin!

Jordyn could not get enough of the baby! Maybe Jr will go for the older woman. . . Watch out Jeff!

Miss Ava hung out with us one afternoon. She showed us what to do with our Boppy pillow that we have not yet used!

Grant also came to hang out and have dinner with us! He is great and so fun to play with!!

One week old!

!
Here I am on my one week birthday! I am sporting dad's favorite sleeper that Aunt Laura sent all the way from North Carolina! We lobe Aunt Laura for providing most of our wardrobe since we unexpectedly needed preemie size clothing.

Going Home. . .

We did come home on Halloween afternoon, right after Jr passed his car seat challenge. Due to his weight he had to take a 5 point challenge in order to make sure he could breathe efficiently while being a passenger! He passed with flying colors, even though mom was still a wreck on the way home. She made Dad pull over once because she was too nervous!!
It was
so beautiful outside, in the 70's. . .

Don't mind the not so attractive hat. Volunteer ladies make the hats for the newborns and we are very grateful; as they are the only ones that fit his head. The color scheme not the greatest but it worked!!

Here he is wrapped in his ghost blanket getting ready to leave
